Our 30-Day Return Promise
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you a full 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return request.
Eligibility for a Smooth Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Pristine Condition: The item must be in the exact condition you received it – unworn, unused, and free from any alterations.
- Original State: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.

To begin a return, please contact us first. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without a pre-approved return request will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Exchanges
The most efficient way to ensure you receive your desired item is to initiate a return for the item you have. Once your return is approved, you may then make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For our esteemed clients within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging—along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and thoroughly inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware that the processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us using any of the communication methods listed above.
